His concentration is in the following industries: Food and Beverage, Transportation, Manufacturing, Retail Trade, Health Services, Contractors, Professional Services and Non-Profit Entities. His office is in West Orange, NJ. |

George "Bud" Gnad originally hails from Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey to raise his three sons Matt, Kevin and Brian. George has a BBA from Baruch (CUNY) and finished his MBA at Seton Hall. He has worked as a real estate banker his entire career and most recently was the head of US real estate and ran a large loan group for the Munich based BayernLB. George is a big supporter of the Kinnelon Ice Hockey program having coached for many years and watched his three sons play. He is excited to be a part of Push to Walk and offer his expertise. |

Ralph Rathyen has a BA and MA in History and a Masters of Education in Educational Administration from William Paterson University. He recently retired after 35 years as a public school teacher, coach and educational supervisor in the Butler Public Schools in Butler, New Jersey. He has also been a licensed professional realtor for 25 years with a background in both residential and commercial real estate. |

Prior to starting Snap Two It, Kristen worked in various marketing capacities for Scholastic Publishing, American Express, and Grey Advertising. Working for these top companies enabled her to get extensive experience in many facets of marketing. In addition to running her own businesses, Kristen has a passion for giving back and has been very active over the years dedicating her time and expertise to helping several non-profit organizations. |
