Susan Aceti

Susan is a native of New Jersey and worked at Panasonic Corp. prior to leaving to devote full time to raising her children. She and her husband and family have resided in Pine Brook NJ for the past 20 years. During this time, she has devoted part of her time to school committees and fund raisers, the boy scouts and other not for profit organizations. In 2007 her son became a client of Push to Walk and consequently, Susan has seen the organization grow almost from its inception. She believes that as a result of this experience she brings to the board a different perspective on how the organization can best serve its clientele


Adam Anderson

Adam Anderson

Adam is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Insurance Specialist with Ameriprise Financial. He works with clients to design financial plans based on their life goals and to be more confident about managing their financial objectives. Adam will work with you on investment strategies, retirement income, funding your child’s education or estate and tax planning strategies. He is involved with several other local charitable organizations and is excited about lending his expertise to Push to Walk.


Victor Barton



Victor Barton

Victor is a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) who received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is a non-practicing CPA in the State of New Jersey. Victor has held various positions throughout his career including as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Roseland, NJ through 2002 and business consultant with SolomonEdwardsGroup in the Philadelphia region through 2009. Since then, he formed an entity called Biz Dev Executives, LLC through which he assists businesses develop strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenues. In addition, he is presently part owner and expanding the brand recognition of Formula II Skin Care Cream, a powerful moisturizer and barrier for all types of dry or irritated skin conditions. Victor also volunteers his time with other non-profits including the New Canaan Society in Short Hills, NJ and The Relief Bus in Elizabeth, NJ. Kenneth Bostwick, Jr.

Kenneth Bostwick, Jr.

A native of New Jersey, Ken is a vice president at Lakeland Bank. He has over 35 years of banking and financial industry experience. Ken, his husband and two children reside in Lake Mohawk, NJ. In addition to his financial background, he has been associated with and been an officer of many not for profit/civic organizations, most recently, the Butler/TriBoro Rotary Club and The Riverdale Art Center. Ken and Lakeland Bank have been supporters of Push to Walk since 2007. He is proud to bring his experience and dedication to Push to Walk and looks forward to the continued expansion of such a unique and valuable organization.


Anne Connor







Anne Connor

Anne, a Basking Ridge resident, is employed as a Certified School Nurse at Bernards High School in Bernardsville, NJ. Prior to that she worked as a Registered Nurse in Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ. As a school nurse and health educator, her responsibilities include organizing wellness initiatives, health fairs and fundraising with her students and staff. As Bernards High School Key Club Advisor, she works with students on a variety of community service events. Since she loves to be outdoors and exercising, she is very proud of her most recent accomplishment: finishing a 198 mile race with her 12-member relay team, running from Miami to Key West, Florida raising monies for the Special Olympics. She is an active member of the Somerset County School Nurses Association, and works as the Chairperson of the Future Nurse Scholarship Committee. She also coordinates Job Shadowing Opportunities with Morristown Medical Center and high school students that are interested in entering the health care field. She is very attached to Seton Hall University, where she received her undergraduate BSN, Graduate MPA and School Nurse Certification. She cherishes and remains very active with her Seton Hall “Family” and with the Seton Hall Alumni Association as a member of the Hazard Zet Forward Society and Pirate Blue. Ellen K. Duffy

Ellen K. Duffy

Ellen is currently the Senior Vice President for Debt Issuance and Finance at New York City Housing Development Corporation. She is responsible for structuring and executing the debt issuance, as well as overseeing the cash management and investment functions for the Corporation. Prior to joining the Corporation, Ms. Duffy was a principal of the housing finance group at Bank of America Securities. Ms. Duffy previously held positions in the housing groups of the public finance departments at CS First Boston, First Union Securities and Citicorp Investment Bank. Ms. Duffy holds a B.A. in Economics from Providence College. She is happy to be involved with Push to Walk.


Mariana Lamson




Mariana Lamson

Mariana is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with a career including big four and regional public accounting firms as well as private industry experience. She has proven executive leadership on the corporate level of a Fortune 1000 public company and extensive management and operational experience. She has been recognized for building strong working relationships, excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as having an exceptional work ethic. She is currently employed at Heartland Payment Systems Inc. in Princeton NJ where she is the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Controller. Mariana received her MBA at The Wharton School and BA in Business Administration/Accounting at Rutgers College. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mariana is interested in assisting Push to Walk with her finance, accounting and managerial expertise.


Deborah Perelmuter






Debby Perelmuter

Debby is from Montclair NJ, was a senior vice president with nearly 30 years of experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (currently on leave). Her primary areas of expertise were in monetary policy and financial market analysis, operations and strategy. Debby was on the Bank's Diversity Advisory Council and provided executive leadership to the Bank's FedAbility resource network -- a formal network within the institution focusing on disability issues and has worked closely with the Wall Street Warfighters, an organization that prepares newly-returning disabled veterans for careers in finance. She holds a B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business, New York University. She currently sits on the Business School Advisory Board at Montclair State University, provides economics and finance expertise and mentoring at Montclair High School for the Fed Challenge program, has been a guest lecturer at a number of universities and business organizations and has served as an officer or trustee on a number of local non-profit organizations over the past two decades. Eric Segal

Eric Segal

Eric received his BS in Business and Industrial Psychology from Boston University. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Security Business Solutions in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Eric provides complete security services to organizations to examine and prevent “people failures.” In addition to Push to Walk, he dedicates his time to Camp Loyaltown, Inc. (a camp for physically and mentally challenged children and adults) where he acted as President and currently serves as Treasurer. Bob Snyder

Bob Snyder

Bob received his BS in Economics from Hobart College in 1993. After graduating, Bob combined his business education with his many years in the hospitality industry and opened his own restaurant in Madison, NJ. Following eight successful years as owner operator of Sweet Dreams Café, Bob transferred his business skills into the financial industry as a Mortgage Advisor, which he continues to do today at Jacob Dean. After organizing fundraisers for multiple charitable groups over the last 15 years, Bob is excited to focus his time and efforts on Push to Walk. bob@bobthebroker.net



Paul Sutor

Paul Sutor

Paul is currently Director of Operations for Plymouth Rock Assurance (a personal lines insurance company) in Berkeley Heights, NJ, where he has a number of project management, operational, and financial responsibilities. He has been working in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry since his graduation from Seton Hall University. He spent many years with the P&C subsidiary of Prudential Financial in a variety of actuarial, underwriting, and financial roles, and also spent time as Vice President of Underwriting for Parkway Insurance Company, a Fireman’s Fund subsidiary. Paul is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and has an MBA degree from Monmouth University. He spent many years coaching youth sports, has participated in the Seton Hall Career Center mentoring program, and enjoys almost any kind of outdoor activity. psutor@PlymouthRock.com
