Board Members



Susan Aceti

is a native of New Jersey and worked at Panasonic Corp. prior to leaving to devote full time to raising her children. She and her husband and family have resided in Pine Brook NJ for the past 20 years. During this time, she has devoted part of her time to school committees and fund raisers, the boy scouts and other not for profit organizations. In 2007 her son became a client of Push to Walk and consequently, Susan has seen the organization grow almost from its inception. She believes that as a result of this experience she brings to the board a different perspective on how the organization can best serve its clientele


Adam Anderson

is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Insurance Specialist with Ameriprise Financial. He works with clients to design financial plans based on their life goals and to be more confident about managing their financial objectives. Adam will work with you on investment strategies, retirement income, funding your child’s education or estate and tax planning strategies. He is involved with several other local charitable organizations and is excited about lending his expertise to Push to Walk.


Howard Bielski

is a licensed CPA since 1981. As a Partner in accounting firms for more than 26 years, his duties include auditing, general accounting, business and personal tax preparation, and tax planning. His concentration is in the following industries: Food and Beverage, Transportation, Manufacturing, Retail Trade, Health Services, Contractors, Professional Services and Non-Profit Entities. George "Bud" Gnad

originally hails from Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey to raise his three sons Matt, Kevin and Brian. George has a BBA from Baruch (CUNY) and finished his MBA at Seton Hall. He has worked as a real estate banker his entire career and most recently was the head of US real estate and ran a large loan group for the Munich based BayernLB. George is a big supporter of the Kinnelon Ice Hockey program having coached for many years and watched his three sons play. He is excited to be a part of Push to Walk and offer his expertise. georgegnad@gmail.com


Greg Pier

received his BS in business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono. He worked for Strategic Direct Marketing in Los Angeles, CA for several years before moving back to NJ in 1986. He then became manager of Hidden Valley Ski Resort located in Vernon, NJ. In 1990 he purchased Heino’s Ski & Cycle from the original owner, Heino, a business he still owns and operates today. Greg specializes in custom bootfitting, and is an expert in producing custom footbeds for athletes. He was a USSA ski race coach for many years, and understands what motivates an individual to excel. One of his athletes was Darren Templeton, which gives Greg a personal connection to see Push to Walk succeed.

Ralph Rathyen

has a BA and MA in History and a Masters of Education in Educational Administration from William Paterson University. He recently retired after 35 years as a public school teacher, coach and educational supervisor in the Butler Public Schools in Butler, New Jersey. He has also been a licensed professional realtor for 25 years with a background in both residential and commercial real estate. lural@optonline.net


Eric Segal

Eric Segal

received his BS in Business and Industrial Psychology from Boston University. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Security Business Solutions in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Eric provides complete security services to organizations to examine and prevent “people failures.” In addition to Push to Walk, he dedicates his time to Camp Loyaltown, Inc. (a camp for physically and mentally challenged children and adults) where he acted as President and currently serves as Treasurer. Eric also serves on the Board of Directors for the AHRC of Nassau County.


Bob Snyder

received his BS in Economics from Hobart College in 1993. After graduating, Bob combined his business education with his many years in the hospitality industry and opened his own restaurant in Madison, NJ. Following eight successful years as owner operator of Sweet Dreams Café, Bob transferred his business skills into the financial industry as a Mortgage Advisor, which he continues to do today at Jacob Dean. After organizing fundraisers for multiple charitable groups over the last 15 years, Bob is excited to focus his time and efforts on Push to Walk. bob@bobthebroker.net

Paul Sutor

is currently Director of Operations for Plymouth Rock Assurance (a personal lines insurance company) in Berkeley Heights, NJ, where he has a number of project management, operational, and financial responsibilities. He has been working in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry since his graduation from Seton Hall University. He spent many years with the P&C subsidiary of Prudential Financial in a variety of actuarial, underwriting, and financial roles, and also spent time as Vice President of Underwriting for Parkway Insurance Company, a Fireman’s Fund subsidiary. Paul is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and has an MBA degree from Monmouth University. He spent many years coaching youth sports, has participated in the Seton Hall Career Center mentoring program, and enjoys almost any kind of outdoor activity. psutor@PlymouthRock.com
