With a decade of annual golf events under its belt, Push to Walk has attracted businesses and individuals to its events by offering an exceptional day of golf, followed by a cocktail hour and dinner. The organization credits those supporters for Push to Walk’s success and ability to do all the incredible work that it does. During this year’s outing, the organization will honor Ralph Rathyen & Barbara Purdy, two supporters who have contributed greatly to the organization.

Ralph Rathyen has been involved with Push to Walk since the beginning. He is one of three Founding Board Members and has remained active within the organization since his terms have ended. Ralph participated as part of the organization’s committee to help find Push to Walk’s current home in Oakland, NJ. Barbara and Ralph have also remained involved by sponsoring and attending events, as well as requesting donations be made to the non-profit in lieu of gifts for their wedding and milestone birthdays over the years. “The loyalty of Push to Walk’s supporters is astonishing, especially those that have given as much time and heart as Ralph and Barbara. I am looking forward to honoring them at my second Push to Walk Annual Charity Golf Outing and anticipating another successful and fun event,” says Push to Walk Executive Director, Vivian Kiggins.

Online registration and donation opportunities are available on the Push to Walk website: www.pushtowalknj.org.
