Push to Walk, a nonprofit adaptive gym and wellness center serving people with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, will open its doors to the community for its first-ever Experiential Event on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5–7 PM at its state-of-the-art facility at 11 Philips Parkway, Montvale, NJ.
Designed to educate and inspire, the event will give attendees a first-hand look at the innovative training and technology that help clients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence after life-changing injuries or diagnoses. Guests will have the opportunity to:
- Experience Adaptive Equipment: See and/or try specialized tools like the Galileo Delta A Tilt Table, as well as functional electrical stimulation (FES) bikes, standing frames, and other advanced equipment, such as the ARC-EX, the first system approved for non-invasive spinal cord stimulation,
- Meet Push to Walk Clients: Hear powerful, personal stories of progress and perseverance directly from those who train at the gym.
- Join Mini Training Sessions: Watch live demonstrations by expert trainers, learn about adaptive exercise techniques, and explore practical wellness strategies for individuals and caregivers.
“Push to Walk has been transforming lives for nearly two decades, and this event is a way to bring the community into that journey,” said Céline Gustavson, Executive Director of Push to Walk. “Our hope is that visitors will leave inspired by our clients’ determination and with a deeper understanding of what’s possible with the right support and technology.”
